Yamazaki Shinsoku is a 20-year-old who drives a Subaru Impreza WRX STI [GRB]. He gets a license to move a step closer to his dream of becoming the fastest racer in the world as well as to avenge his dead parents . Throughout the years he has learnt many techniques on the road, from effective gear control to advanced drifting. He hates the Lancer Evolution series because the people who killed his parents drive them. He is known by many as "The Sky Blue Comet". Unbeknownst to him, Shinsoku has a special ability called "Slipstream Gateway", which allows him to see the fastest route he can take in order to maintain the highest possible speed.
